Gift certificates are valid for 3 years after the purchase date and once purchased, gift certificates are non-refundable, not exchangeable for cash.
You can purchase a Gift Certificate for any treatments or spa packages, or it can be in cash value which the certificate recipient can put towards treatments of their choice. If you have any concerns or would prefer a different treatment we will happily change your voucher to a treatment of equal value.
