Alana Giovenco | Beauty Therapist, Manager
At a young age I was ambitious, inspired and determined to have a career in the Beauty Industry.
In 2012 at the age of 16, I started my career by obtaining my spray tanning certificate and started my own home based business.
In 2013 whilst completing my Diploma Of Beauty Therapy I joined Bliss Day Spa becoming a full time staff member. In 2018 I was appointed Manager, this role enables me to show leadership with many responsibilities in the salon. As my career progressed I was drawn to advanced treatments and education in Dermal therapies. I am very fortunate to work in a salon with a variety of devices, offering my clients advanced services. I specialise in Makeup application, henna brows, acne treatments, skin tightening, skin needling, peels and micro fractional skin rejuvenation. I work with state of the art equipment including Omnilux medical, Dermapen 4, BioSynthesis LED, Venus Viva FX and Diamond Polar, Pollogen Devine Pro and Mono Polar Radio Frequency wound healing and our most recent device the HIPRO-V HIFU device. I have also obtained my certificate in Plasma Fibroblast removing superficial capillaries, skin tags and keratosis. With extensive studies in Skin Anatomy and Cell Biology I wish to further my studies and continue to learn more about the ever changing technologies that unfolds in this industry.

I am always researching, my fascination behind technology and products encourages me as a therapist as I see the impact it has on our clients, it is extremely rewarding. Working at Bliss Day Spa is a learning experience each day, I’m working with a fantastic team who is always willing to do better for their clients, we go beyond our clients expectations to make their experience the best possible. Education and training is the key to being the best in our field, knowledge is the key. I hope to one day be at the top of my industry or as half as good as my mentor Daniela Boerma. I am very proud to be a Bliss Day Spa team member.
